WHAT ARE THE CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT HOURS ?

Checkin is possible from 4:00 PM and checkout should be before 11:00 AM. According to these hours you are authorized to arrive whenever you want without an appointment and discreetly thanks to the self checkin.

WHERE TO GET THE KEYS ?

There are no keys to recover, in fact the arrival is completely autonomous thanks to code locks installed on the doors of the apartments. The codes are sent by email and sms and are valid for the duration of your stay.

WHERE CAN I PARK ?

It is possible to park in the Apart’Hotel secure parking located on the building ground floor (only if you reserved a parking space). Otherwise there are parking places along the street (paying) or in the biggest car park of the city 50m from the apartment (paying).

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE STAY ?

By credit card on our secure platform, your payment will be debited 6 days before arrival. In case of cancellation by email more than 7 days before the date of arrival, no amount will be debited. A security deposit of 300€ by credit card pre-authorization is asking to receive access codes.

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE ?

On request an invoice will be send by email.

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival. No refund will be made in the event of cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival in the apartment.

ACCESSIBILITY / ARE THE APARTMENTS UPSTAIRS?

Yes, they are located upstairs without a lift. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are not allowed.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED ?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments (all are equipped with a smoke detector).

WHO TO CONTACT IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS ?

All information will be in the welcome booklet that is sent to you by email upon booking.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APPARTEMENT?

The number of beds depends on the apartments, please refer to their descriptions.

ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED ?

Yes, towels are provided. Bed linen are also provided and the beds are ready upon arrival.

WHAT ABOUT HOUSEHOLD ?

Professional cleaning is included in the rental price so that the apartment is delivered to you clean on your arrival.

The tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes done, clean floor, etc.). You will be charged an additional cleaning service if these instructions are not observed.

HOW DO I PAY CITY TAX?

City tax is directly collected when you pay your booking and then paid to the city.
